Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE (MDI)
- open Source Editor
- open Properties Window and resides In IDE
Desktop
- attach Properties window to the Right
-> Properties Window is attached and it covers
part of Source Editor (see attached screenshot)

Known bug of MDI desktop. See issue #12668. Workaround is to resize
main window to force refresh of desktop.
