User problem:

For a developer learning Java as a new
(potentially first) language, the IDE does not
provide any help.

User need:

The user needs to learn how to code in Java and
how to do certain things in Java (using standard
Java libraries).

The latest plan is to include the JDK documentation and Java tutorial. It is in
preparation state, possible ways of it's distribution and integration with IDE
are discussed.
