To reproduce:

1. Tools/Update Center
2. Dont' select any line in the 'Update Center to
connect' list
3. Push Next
4. Error dialog appears with message: "Unable to
connect to Update Center Server" 
ISSUE: Default OK button should not have
mnemonics.
