Tabs that reach over the left or right end of the 
window are designed not consistent: Whereas at 
the left and right edge in the editor pane and 
the left edge of the output panes the tabs are 
simply cut off, at the right edge of the output 
tabs the edge is painted with little jags. Those 
little jags should be found at the other edges 
too.

I checked current state and IMHO this is fixed, tabs are simply cut off on both
sides consistently, with proper dots signalizing overlapping tab text.
