[org.netbeans.core.modules #4] Warning: module
org.netbeans.modules.editor does not declare
OpenIDE-Module-Public-Packages in its manifest, so
all packages are considered public by default:

We are aware of that but developing of the editor APIs is a longterm
process for several promotions and now in fact we would have to
specify almost all the packages in the editor. Anyway we will try to
address this into promoD

This is now fixed - I have projectized the editor module and declared
public packages. I plan to shrink the number of public packages in the
future once the appropriate APIs will be developed. This will be done
during the next promotions.
