The major 
outstanding question is how the quality of the
code will be ensured when
there is currently no implementation using the
API. As these are planned for 
promotion D (form editor), the reviewers adviced
to delay the inclusion of the
API to stable config and do it at the same time
when at least one implementation
is going to be merged to main trunk.

An implementation in Form Editor just integrated to trunk. Some minor
problems are yet to be solved (e.g. the editor toolbar, form cloning),
but otherwise everything seems working.
