dev build from May 19, win2k, jdk 1.5.0b51

I have a couple of out-dated links on my desktop
that causes error messages to be thrown when I try
to open a project in the IDE. An example of message:
'Problem with Shortcut
The drive or network connection that the shortcut
'xyz' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the
disk is properly inserted or the network resources
is available, and ten try again.'

Yes, I think something like this is already filed but I am not sure of
status.
