reported.
After an incomplete checkout,
FileNotFoundException was thrown.

From the error messages in issue #44000 it looks like the checkout
actually was complete (there is no error from checkout).

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen.
