[Build 200406011800, JDK 1.5.0]

Add several lines to java file and try to toggle
breakpoint on these new lines. Breakpoint is
created on other line. If you save the java file,
breakpoint is created on correct place.

It also affect creating breakpoint in JSP files.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
