[200406101800], jdk1.4.2_04
I created empty file from "File|New ..." wizard.
The file is named test.txt. I renamed it to
test.html in Explorer, but it not possible to rename
it back to txt file.

This is not consistent behaviour. It is possible
rename file from some types (e.g. txt) to other
types (java, html etc.), but some is not possible
rename (e.g. html->txt, java->txt).
