Build 200406141800

1) Open To Do window: Windows|To Do
2) Have file and view with a To Do record in the view
3) double click "Priority" or "Location" column
4) ERROR
it doesn't work (as on "Task" column)

It was probably some temporary TTV error. Cannot reproduce now.

Still reproducible - reopening

Notice: It's about opening file on double click, not only about full
row selection by blue color!

TTV miss this feature. Dependency on issue #45746 established.

the tasklist has been completely redesigned, this issue doesn't apply any more
