Tools | Options....

We have one:

netbeans -fontsize 12

I deleted the output window font size option, for good reasons - we
have too many options there anyway, and there's no burning need for
output window specific options.

That being said, it would not be a bad idea to have the font size
track the editor font size, so I'll keep this issue open as an
enhancement to do that.
