I would like an enhancement to the Javadoc build 
property page that allows the developer to pass 
additional command-line options into the javadoc 
build process without having to dive into the 
ant XML code. Specifically, I want to use the -
link and -linkoffline options.

The current workaround is to override the "-
javadoc-build" ant target, which is ok, but 
cumbersome.
