Bottom line seems to be missing in the left part
of the dialog. Screenshot attached.

I don't think, that bottom line is missing. Reassigning to Rudolf for
evaluation.

It seems be a UI visualization problem only on Linux. On MacOS, JDS/Solaris10 and Windows the 
bottom line isn't missing.

I disagree with closing the issue as WORKSFORME. It doesn't occur only on Linux,
but also on JDS (see the first line of the issue). We can close it as WONTFIX if
we think it is not an important issue and we can live with it - I have nothing
against it. WORKSFORME should be used for issues which cannot be reproduced on
the platform where the issue was reported.

It is implementation issue.

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
