Do you mean when you choose Help > Contents in the IDE? This works for me.

Sorry, lyond emailed me offline about it. It's the Using IDE Guide
link in the Help menu that's failing for him.

I think this is an external browser problem

Do you have this problem with other brower, than with the SwingBrowser?

The problem arises for Tools-Setup Wizard and Help-Quick Start. I have
MS IE and Firefox installed as browsers.

Known bug in NB 4.0 beta 2. See issue #48590 for workaround, or
(recommended) migrate to the latest 4.0 build (RC2) where it's fixed.
