When creating Javadoc or viewing an html page with
the system default browser I get an exception. I'm
using firefox as default browser.

It was actually a configuration problem, But this could only be solved
be renaming the .netbeans/4.0beta2 directory. Now it works again.

It was impossible to change the entries neither by options nor setup
I always get the IllegalStateException. So I think this topic has to
be relocated, since it seems a configuartion problem. But I don't know
how this occured.
