User problem I have seen:
1) main project is of NetBeans project type
2) it depends on some library defined as freeForm
project
=> sources for freeform projects are not visible
for  main project - debugger is not able to step
througn them

No chance to fix in 4.1.

This requires a UI change, it's in fact a dupl. of issue #51761.
