Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE
- open Help window
- move Help window somewhere
- open Setup Wizard
-> Help window is moved to make space for showing
both Help window and Setup Wizard (that's fine)
- close Setup Wizard
- > Help window is moved to default position (the
same position as it was opened first time)

What build of JDK 5.0_03 is it? AFAIK modality exclusion fix should be
integrated in build 03 and it is not yet available.

It's EA build ...
