Sometimes after I try to create new TLD,NPE is
thrown after creation,but there are no problems next.

This occurs after previous occurence of issue 53803,so I think there's
some kind of dependency.

Yes, I would agree since I have also seen strange bugs as a
consequence of the ISE loop. For example, invalid or broken folds etc.
As per today's Marek's statement he's gonna fix it tomorrow.

Is the NPE always coupled with the "ISE - endless loop" exception?
From the stacktrace I would say it isn't. I have just commited a fix
for issue #53803 so we will see wheher those problems are really
connected.

As I've written,it's random bug and it's very hard to reproduce it,but
everytime it occured,there was also ISE before(I've ignored it,since
it had no visible effect on work with IDE).I will try to simulate
similar conditions as before and we'll see,if it help.

since the Issue #53803 suspected of the problem has already been fixed
I am reassigning this to default module owner. 

Jardo, if you haven't encountered the problem since 2005-02-03 (#53803
fix date) please consider closing this bug.
