1. Go to File -> New Project
2. Expand Samples -> BluePrints solutions
3. There is a subcategory "Web Tier with the Java
Server Faces Technology". This category is too
wide so you have to scroll horizontally to see it
all. It should be shorter.

Or, is this category necessary at all? We will not
be adding more samples for 4.1, so could just put
all samples one level up and get rid of this
category for 4.1?

bpcatalog module information file in bpcatalog.dev.java.net
(bpcatalog.xml) needs to be updated.

Currently there's only web tier entries, but we'll add
SOA entries later. So, yes, this category is needed.
