Current implementation requires the user to fill in at least one role name,
however should be OPTINAL.

There are also several minor bugs / enhancements on this dialog:

* Due to mnemonics update, it is necessary to change the tab traversal.
* Validation messages should be positive and terminated with a full-stop.

I've updated the spec to reflect these enhancements:
