to reproduce:
-------------
1) open Tools > Options
2) click left properties panel
2) type a text
ERROR: tree search field does not appear
3) click right properties panel
4) type a text
NOTE: tree search field appears

What does "right properties panel" mean ?
 Are you asking for Quick search by values ?

I think that "left properties panel" means [Table]TreeView on the right side of
Options dialog. Right?

Yes I mean Quick search by values.

'left properties panel'  = TreeTable on the left side of Options dialog.
'right properties panel' = SheetTable on the right side of Options dialog.

So this is rather enhancment than defect, since I was told by Marian that Quick
Search field hasn't been in Option TTV ever before. Reassigning to TTV...

New Options Dialog will not use TTV - so this issue is obsolete now. But feel
free to reopen it, if you disagree.
