Now local attach doesn't work until calibration data are present. It would be 
good if attach action could start automatic calibration like Profile Main 
Project action does.

This requires some more analysis. The calibration cannot be performed until the 
profiler establishes the connection with the profiler app and determines its 
exact version. 

The calibration check shoudl probably be performed by the agent on startup, 
regardless whether it is local or remote profiling.
