NetBeans IDE 4.2 [200507251800] on jdk 1.5.0_04

When some field is refactored to generate getter/setter for the field, no
javadoc is generated for the getter and setter.
This is inconsistent with adding bean property via Bean Patterns|Add|Property,
when simple javadoc is generated.
