When a saved web application project is opened again, it appears collapsed in
the Projects window. The project should expand at least the first level of
nodes.  Ideally, it should remember which nodes were expanded when the project
was last closed, and reopen it in the same state.

Please, look on issue 55701, that's the reason we disbaled this feature by default.
