It seems that this autoload module is not used by anything, so disabled in the
build. If so, it should just be removed.

I know about this - this is intentional. It was left there for compatibility
reasons. Was first declared as a stable API but then we merged it into
j2ee/ddapi in 4.1. I am not sure if it is safe to remove now - probably yes, if
any product still uses it they could ditribute it themselves if they wish
(preferably they should switch to j2ee/ddapi, of course).

It should at a minimum be marked deprecated in the manifest.
