Steps to reproduce:

1) Call new "NetBeans Module Development" -> "Wizard" wizard
2) "Number of Steps" set to e.g. 30
4) Press "Next" button
3) Fill up "Class Name Prefix" (scrollbars appears which is nice)
4) Press "Back" button
5) Press "Next" button

BTW this wizard is ideal for testing this behavious ;)
