select Generate Threated Listeners property and look at Description area. The
HTML tags shouldn't be visible

This is a problem in properties windows directly. The on-place help takes the
tooltip text from the property. There are html tags used in the tooltip of the
property because of improving visibility of important informantion that the
property is deprecated. Loosing that visibility is bigger problem than to have
html tags shown in on-place help.

Therefore resolving this issue as WONTFIX.
