May be WONTFIX. Not clear how this affects actual GUI display in another locale.

The javaws offers its own UI, listing the installed components. It includes   
also the installed libraries on the system. Try running just javaws. For them   
the localized name would be benefitial, but I agree that the overall   
improvement is not really big. Leaving open, but making p5.

I guess nobody really complained for few years, so we do not need to fix this.
