Description tonywyant 2006-02-10 20:04:38 UTC
When using netbeans on a project with native (JNI) components. If
the "Java Platform" is set to anything but the default, one gets a:
    "Can't find dependent libraries"
error message when the native dll is loaded.

To reproduce, create a simple jni program. The jni library should
be stored in some arbitrary location, which is specifed by
by adding -Djava.library.path on the VM options.

If the default Java Platform is used, everything works as expected. However,
if a non-default VM is used, the library won't load.

To workaround this problem, one can change the default Java Environment
by editing the netbeans.conf file.

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
