Color of collapsed fold is not changed when the options dialog is closed, but in
must be expanded and collaped again to get new color.

Steps to reproduce:
1) open class with folds
2) collapse some of the folds
3) open Options -> Fonts & Colors -> Highlighting
4) change color of 'Code folding'
5) close OD
-> color is not changed in editor

Still reproducible...

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
