-the Tools | Create Junit tests action is always enabled in J2ME project

*the action should be disabled when Project node is selected (like in j2se and
web project)

I think this issue is in the JUnit itself.  Cannot see where I could change this
in the plugin.  passing it on to Marian.

It probably because there is no Source logical view in the J2ME Project type it
will change after 5.5, For 6.0 this issue will become worksforme probably.

I'm reassigning it and moving to appropriate component
