After delete test files is not possible create again JUnit test. Exception
appear in the log file. See aattachment.

I'm aware of this issue and it has some naughty side effects like IDE restart
requirement in order to create a new test file so I'm changing priority to P1. 
This might be an MDR issue though.

not so nice workaround found, clean solution depends on javacore issue
