Description:
When starting debugger section Watches view opens by default. This view is not
supported in BPEL debugger but user can interact with it, add a breakpoint, etc...
The view should not open and needs to be disabled when doing BPEL debugging

As the Wathces View is currently supported by the BPEL Debugger it's not a bug
anymore that the "Wathces" window is opened.

This is expected behavior.
