Description:
reproducible with buzz and coke_build7.

In buzz 'New' context menu for Project tree nodes was replaced with 'Add' menu,
but 'New' menu was't changed in Design Center

In hydra,  the "Add" context menu item seen on various UML nodes has recently been changed to "New" 
as a result of the fix for issue 104536.  Now, the two context menu items has the same, "New", on both project 
tree and design center.  No need for this issue to be fixed. Closing it as WONTFIX.
