User can add element from project node (or any other collapsed node) but have no
visual feadback if all works fine or not.
step to reproduce:
1. create uml project
2. invoke 'Add|Element' on projects node
3. type name and ok in wizard
nothing happens, user can't see where new elemnt is created
the same for packages, a bit better for diagrams (because diagrams are opened
after creation)

if user adds new class in java project, class node is selected by ide.
