I expect to be able to rename the target namespace from directly in the node
views using in-place editing and Refactor -> Rename instead of just from the
property sheet.

Moved to 5.5.1. We'll allow inplace editing. However, refactor->rename cannot be
done. The later requires refactor in schema namespace, which is not in place.
