Detect all JAX-WS services in project automatically (including web services with
@WebService:wsdlLocation attribute).
This is especially important for project imports. The dialog should be open to
specify additional details (where to generate artifacts etc.)

This depends on the implementation of J2EE Metadata Model for web services.
It's actually in progress.
