Diagram editor toolbar buttons unreachable by keyboard, except Layout and 
Zoom In/Out buttons.

We fixed PrintPreview, Export as image, and Fit to window. Zoom in and zoom out
was already working but the tooltip was not showing the shortcuts which is fixed
now.

We don't need shortcuts for pan, zoom with marquee, interactive zoom, since we
have cntrl+, and cntrl- working for zoom in and out, and up/down/left/right
arrows working for pan.
And, we don't have the infrastructure to support selection, move to front, move
forward, move to back, move backward, and relationship discovery. Please open a
seperate bug with these diagram-related issues.

Issue 85390 has been opened for the following buttons.
Currently there's no keyboard access to the following diagram window toolbar
buttons:
move to front
move to back
move forward
move backward
relationship discovery
selection

fix has been verified in the latest uml build so closing the issue.
