When user scrolls source file while a hint is opened, the editor does not paint
correctly. See attached screenshot.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
0) Open a larger file, longer than one editor screen
1) Invoke a hint
3) Use mouse wheel to scroll

This issue seems to be specific to Solaris.

Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
