Steps to reproduce:
 - create a Blueprint project 1 in some folder
 - create another Blueprint project 1 in the same folder, accept the project
name and options suggested by the IDE
 - try to deploy
Deployment will fail with the following message:

deps-jar:
C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\BluePrint11\BluePrint11Application\nbproject\build-impl.xml:97:
Basedir C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\BluePrint11\BluePrint11Application\${project.BluePrint1}
does not exist
BUILD FAILED (total time: 0 seconds)


This is a regression

Issue is a duplicate of 82614: "Blueprint projects can't be deployed when
project name was changed".

Verified in build 2006.09.27
