Description:
reproducible with build 15

steps to reproduce:
1. create package with scoped class diagram
2. add class to the diagram
3. add 'public void fff(int y)' operation to the diagram
4. expand operation node
5. select 'int y; node
see properties

suggest we add multiplicity property to operation parameter's displayed property
list

low use case not currently impacting our installed user base.

Since this information is accessible through operation node, it is not a crucial usability issue, lower to p3 enhancement.
