-NPE appears when installing CDC Toolkit 1.0 EA in Java Platform Manager

I reinstalled the CDC Toolkit and te NPE disappeared.

Can it be caused by reinstallation/uninstallation of jdk?

unfortunatelly unable to reproduce after reinstall of the CDC toolkit. 
Decreasing priority. The stacktrace doesn't say too much :(

Happens when a SDK installation is in some way broken. Check is done now more 
correctly
