In step 4 of the WSDL Wizard, "Concrete Configuration", when 
selecting "Document Literal" as the Binding Subtype, the warning message that 
appears on the bottom in red "WS-I Basic Profile Rule R2204: A document-
literal..." is not complete.  Even resizing the wizard window to the max will 
not display the complete message.

The bug that this duplicates was marked "won't fix", so I can verify that this hasn't been fixed.
