Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
en_GB (nb); Cp1252

Steps:
1. Open version controlled project. (CVS)
2. Invoke "Versioning" main menu item. 

There are action provided by CVS, then there are "1 CVS" and "2 Subversion"
items. "1 CVS" item contains all action that are already displayed under the
"Versioning" item. The same issue is for project under the subversion repository.

This design is preliminary. We are waiting for final UI spec - it may look the
same but then it will be 'as designed'. So, the report is irrelevant now.
