Create in XAMUI a shared component for use by any project (properties) wizard.
The component would allow user to select dependent projects to be added or removed.

For each dependent project, the component should update the current project
catalog with pointer to location of the main catalog model.

Ajit have completed the share customizers: CustomizerProjectReferences and
CustomizerXMLCatalog in xml/catalogsupport module.
