Because before to start using NetBeans 6, I used JBuilder 6 where I found one
very interesting feature which is missing in NetBeans, I would like this feature
to be added in next release of NetBeans.
This feature is the possibility to find and replace some text using global
searchin in the path.
The other good possibility is searching not only in "Project Paths", but using
user defined path.

Search and replace is already implemented for 6.0 (the ability to replace is a
new feature). See issue 18237. Not sure what you mean by "user defined path".
You can invoke search on any folder within a project or from Favorites.
