Create a new project for Symbian platform. mbm composer wizard is missing in new
file.

MBM composer is dependent of Symbian utility we don't have any control over. I 
guess it is not really wise to use it. MBM composer would work only if this 
utility is installed

it would be nice to have this functionality in MobPack for CDC
