We used to be able to get to the list of top voted issues from the Community -> qa -> Issue Tracking and 
QA section.  These links disappeared with the lastest "look" for the NB website.  Can we get this back?

In particular, I am looking for http://qa.netbeans.org/bugzilla/dashboards/top-voted.html.

See also issue http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug?id=90663.  The link itself fails to return 
results.

I don't know who our how, but this web page is now working again.  AFAICT there
is  no way to get to this page from www.netbeans.org, but that's a different
issue.  8-)

As I noted earlier, this page is now working again.  However, this issue is that
there is no way to drill down from www.netbeans.org to get to it.  Can it be
added to http://qa.netbeans.org/index.html, for example?

Hi reporter,
thanks for catching the page that isn't linked from any other page. Anyway, we
are trying to move all team's pages to wiki.netbeans.org, see.
http://wiki.netbeans.org/wiki/view/Quality that is similar page like QE team has
on netbeans.org. I already added a link to this page. Do you think that it's
sufficient?

Sounds good, though in that case we need to integrate/link the Wiki page into
www. Eg qa site should link there, certainly www ...
