We want to represent a state of a BPEL process execution visually. The idea is
to build up a tree that would look similar to the Navigator View, but that would
have indication of which activities are executed, which are not, which are
faulted and which are currently executing.
We want to show each activity state with a different color. For "never executed"
activities it would be a gray color. Along with the gray color we want to use
grayed-out versions of the bpel element icons for "never executed" activities.
